We recently hosted a Summer Leadership Program for accounting majors to meet our leadership, team, and co-ops, and learn more about what it means to be a member of Team Rudler.

Our speakers talked about their experience in leading, how they came to be in a leadership role, any challenges they faced, and traits they believe make a good leader.

Panel discussions included topics such as interviewing skills, CPA exam, and internship Q&A.

The day culminated with an open house and tour of our Ft. Wright office where team members talked about their experience with Rudler.
