Maddie worked in public accounting at a mid-size firm prior to joining Rudler in 2023. She will continue in accounting to include the auditing process as well as tax and administrative services while completing the education, testing and experience requirements for the CPA designation.

Maddie’s goal in becoming an accountant is to join the board of a non-profit organization and help further their mission. She currently volunteers with St. Vincent de Paul, Cincinnati Animal CARES, the Reds Organization.

Maddie resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
