We had a full house for our strategic planning hosted by Sandra Wiley and Jon Hubbard of Boomer Consulting!

There were great conversations focused on our culture and vision for the future. Our fully remote, hybrid and in office team members came together to concentrate on categories for developing talent team, creating growth for the firm to thrive, continuous process improvement and using technology to drive all areas of the firm.
