Rudler reimburses employees up to $100 for "stress breaks" during our busy season.

Our professionals use this allowance to treat themselves with massages, dinner with friends and families, catching a show or other activities of their choosing.

In addition, the offices close early the Friday after the business tax return deadline as a mid-busy-season break with 2 hours of holiday pay and the Friday after the individual tax return deadline with 8 hours of holiday pay for employees if they meet individual return goals.
