Local Roots

Founded in 1969, we maintain our long tradition as a mid-sized, independent CPA firm. As such, our clients and our professionals have direct access to partners. Talent retention, which far exceeds the industry average, originates from a strong co-op program during tax season. We currently have 16 full-time employees who started their careers at Rudler and 5 now in leadership positions — making Rudler an independent employer of choice.

Technology Focus

Always looking 3-5 years ahead, Rudler became one of the first CPA firms of our size to go paperless and to embrace cloud applications. Our employees worked remotely well before the pandemic shifted the workplace model. Rudler’s affiliation with BKR International allows us to collaborate with CPA firms and advisors across the world, which provides you with resources and key connections for career growth. Creating Balance

We understand that you have a life outside of work. Really, we do. Rudler’s culture is founded on a work/life balance for professionals, providing flexible work schedules, and workstations and technology for remote working options.
