Gina Earle, CPA

Gina Earle’s love for accounting started in high school. She liked the preciseness of numbers and how there is always a right answer. On tests, she would breeze through the math and multiple-choice problems but dreaded the essay sections. Upon graduation, she decided to enroll in some introductory accounting courses at Western Kentucky University. The rest is history.

Gina has been part of the Rudler team on and off in various capacities for more than a decade. She eventually left to spend more time at home with her child but would still return to assist with the workload during the busy tax season. After taking a full year off, Gina decided to come back to Rudler part time, year round.

Because she is a Quickbooks® ProAdvisor, she primarily focuses on Client Advisory Services at Rudler. Gina works with small businesses from a variety of industries, helping them with bookkeeping so that they can focus on the real joys of running their business.

“I love being part of the Client Advisory Services team. We can be more than just an accountant to our clients, we essentially can also serve as your back office controller.”

Her favorite part about working at Rudler is the people. The firm’s culture makes the team feel more like a family where everyone looks out for and supports each other. Another thing she loves is the flexibility Rudler provides her with to work part time to be with her children.

Outside of work, Gina spends time with her husband and two daughters travelling, reading, taking walks and hiking. If there are no sporting events or extracurricular activities for the girls on the weekends, they always try to keep things exciting by going bowling, visiting a local museum or hosting a family board game night.
