Heather joined Rudler, PSC as a tax senior manager in the summer of 2021. In her role she finds herself exercising the two things she enjoys most about accounting: Helping people and helping them meet their financial goals. She brings two decades’ worth of experience to Rudler, PSC, having previously worked in various management, bookkeeping and consultant roles for several firms including H&R Block and, most recently, Cassady Schiller & Associates. Her achievements in each of her previous roles has laid a strong foundation for her endeavors at Rudler, reaching net profit targets and gains on multiple occasions as well as developing business plans and filing local, state and federal returns.

A native of Hamilton, Ohio, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio before going on to earn her MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia in 2007. She now lives in Liberty Township with her husband, Jason, and their three daughters. In her spare time, Heather enjoys performing as a percussionist in the Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band.
