Careers

I joined Rudler, PSC in 2007 while still in college and accepted a full-time position upon graduation.
As I continued to showcase my capabilities and provide input on items like new software and going paperless,
they gave me more responsibilities and helped me grow.

College Students and Graduates

We actively work with local university programs, recruiting the best underclassmen for positions in our annual co-op program. It’s not a guarantee, but these positions routinely develop into full-time positions upon graduation at a rate of about 80 percent. Join our firm and you will be supported as you work to meet the experience and exam requirements of the CPA designation.

You will be encouraged to pursue areas of interest outside of work. As for your career, we help tailor your path to leadership by first providing assistance with education and certification. This includes CPA exam review course/testing fees, advanced or post-graduate degrees and regular business education workshops or conferences. We assist graduates who wish to sit for the CPA exam by meeting educational requirements set by the AICPA. They include:

  • Flexible schedules to professionals, allowing them to schedule classes needed to complete the requirement
  • Reimbursement policy that covers not only the cost of classes but also CPA review courses and exam fees
  • Exploration of niche or service options and direct client work to tailor your career

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to gain client-facing experience (or dominate a "Minute to Win It" competition in our office community room).
