His interest in accounting came from his father who is a certified CPA. A 2021 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Myers earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and gained his first financial work experience as an accounts receivable analyst with Total Quality Logistics (TQL) upon graduation. Myers joined the Rudler team in June 2022 and was promoted to a senior tax accountant role in October 2024.

His senior tax accountant role will see him expand upon his previous experience, taking on more day-to-day responsibility and a renewed focus on client service. The one-on-one relationship building with clients is something he has enjoyed mastering in his time at the firm.

He credits Rudler’s culture and his coworkers for helping to prepare him to serve in an expanded role.

“The culture is a huge part of Rudler. The people and the atmosphere here – it’s amazing. It's the best one that I've ever had working anywhere. Sometimes, it doesn't even feel like work,” he says. “It feels like I'm showing up to work and have friends that make the hard times easy. If I have questions or issues, whether it be work related or not, I can reach out to and talk to my coworkers.”

He hopes his team and clients will share the same enthusiasm for the service he provides.

“Going forward, I hope to help continue to help build the culture, especially with new people joining our team, and those relationships I have both with my team and clients,” he says. “I'm a hard worker and I care about the work that I put out to clients. You can trust me with the tasks you put before me and if I don't know the answer, I can figure it out for you.”

A lifelong Northern Kentucky resident now living in Union, Ky., Myers is a sports fan away from the office. His competitive spirit has him participatiing in an indoor soccer league with friends and enjoying video games in his free time. His brother Nick also joined the firm four months after he did and the two of them enjoy regularly eating lunch at their favorite burrito chain together.
