Bryan, Dattilo, Assurance Manager

Long before they were co-workers, Bryan Dattilo and Rudler, PSC President, Alex Weidner were teammates first, playing soccer together at Elder High School in Cincinnati and then at Thomas More University, where they were also roommates. Since he was already familiar with Alex and Rudler, once the opportunity to join Rudler became available, Bryan jumped at the chance to further his career.
In doing so, he now uses his competitive spirit and keen eye from his soccer days to help clients reach their goals through his expertise.
A native of Cincinnati’s West Side, Bryan joined Rudler, PSC in May 2026 as its newest Assurance Manager. His role finds him overseeing and reviewing the work of younger staff members, ensuring financial statements are correct and maintaining client relationships.
Bryan’s journey into the world of tax, accounting and audits began at Thomas More University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and associate’s degree in business management. He would then get his first real world experience working as a staff accountant for Anneken, Huey & Moser, PLLC, where he would work from Jan. 2009 to Nov. 2013. Bryan then moved to Mellott & Mellott, where he would serve in multiple roles including as a senior accountant, audit supervisor and audit manager. It was there where he would say he developed his skills in assurance and auditing. There were several changes at the company, which Bryan says led to him making the decision to look somewhere else to advance his career.
“With the knowledge and experience gained learning from my mentor, he prepared me to take the job at Rudler and not be worried about whether or not I was qualified enough or had the ability to put my knowledge to good use,” he says. “I look forward to helping Rudler’s accounting and auditing team to see different perspectives to help clients succeed.”
Much like his days in soccer, he believes having good teammates will help him succeed at Rudler.
“I am very focused when it comes to work as I strive to provide exceptional service,” he says. “I want my clients to feel like they’re receiving superior work as I enjoy getting to know them professionally and personally. It makes the job easier to know the client on a personal level as it helps facilitate conversation, be it about life or their business as you build that long-term relationship.”
Away from the office, the Green Township resident enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two sons, Vincent, a.k.a. Vinny – whose soccer team he enjoys coaching – and Santino, a.k.a. Sonny. As a golf enthusiast, he also enjoys participating in tournaments and other activities to benefit fallen firefighters, police officers and other civic organizations.
