Peul is a graduate of Thomas More University where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and an Associate’s in Business Administration. It was during his time at the university that he would also participate in a co-op opportunity with Rudler, which he would lead to a full-time position upon graduation. He specialized in business and individual taxes, as well as accounting services, while completing his education and working to earn his CPA designation. His work and growth have been recognized by Rudler’s management team, a fact reflected in his promotion to a Senior Tax Accountant position in November 2024.

Asked about his journey over his first four years, Peul’s path has been a marathon versus a sprint.

“When I graduated, I joined full-time and the company has continued to grow and grow and grow. It was about two years ago now when a new opportunity within our firm presented itself and I was able to explore the A&A (audit and assurance) department,” he says. “I slowly switched to more full-time audit and assurance work than taxes as the company’s needs evolved and I saw it as an opportunity for personal growth. I'm very happy that my hard work was recognized.”

That begins with taking a “people-first” approach to his work.

“I treat people the way that I would like to be treated – if they're my client, they're number one. What they need comes first,” he says. “I'm here to give that level of service so they know they're important.”

When he’s not helping clients, Peul enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, fishing and golfing. As a resident of Cincinnati’s West Side, Peul is also a big movie fan, which he plans on spending a lot of time enjoying for the rest of his life with his soon-to-be-wife, Hannah. He also enjoys volunteering as part of the firm’s is commitment to giving back to the community and participating in various events that Rudler sponsors.
