Mehul “Megha” Pandya, Tax Manager

Mehul Pandya – who prefers to go by Megha – always felt she was always good with numbers. When it came time for her to choose a career path, accounting was the clear choice. Now that she has joined Rudler, PSC as a tax manager, she strives to deliver clear, quality service to all the clients she serves.

A graduate of the University of Mumbai where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992, Pandya would go on to earn the equivalent of a certified public accountant accreditation from the Institute of Charted Accountants of India in 1996. That same year, she also earned her status as the equivalent of a certified management accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

After moving to the United States in 1996, with her husband, an Ohio native, she secured her first job in America, joining the staff of Manoranjan and Shaffer in Dayton, Ohio, as an auditor and subcontractor. She would then spend a decade at Bradstreet and Company, Inc., taking on an expanded list of responsibilities including reviewing tax returns for individuals and trusts, partnerships and individuals and training new hires.

She then worked as a Tax Supervisor at Duvall and Associates, Inc. before joining Hammerman, Graf, Hughes and Company, Inc. in 2019, where she would remain before joining Rudler in July 2025. As a tax manager at Rudler, her duties see her primarily focusing on reviewing tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their owners.

Noting that she enjoys working for medium-sized firms because of the required need to be able to serve a diverse client list, Pandya feels right at home at Rudler, PSC.

“Working for a medium-sized CPA firm like Rudler is appealing to me where I can make impact and get broader experience she says. “I read about their culture on their website, and I was very happy when I interviewed with a few of the shareholders. I was really happy talking with them and learning more about their work style and the Rudler way of doing things and about how they help employees have a very good work/life balance.”

She hopes to provide that same peace of mind to all the clients she serves.

“For me, I like to have a good relationship with my clients,” she says. “My main thing is the communication as I like to be in touch with them often.”

Away from work, Pandya enjoys spending time with her husband – with whom she now shares the same first (and last name – and their adult son and daughter, both of whom are avid golfers. She is also a travel enthusiast, Hawaii being her favorite destination she has experienced thus far with Switzerland on her list of most desired placed to one day visit.
