TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED

At Rudler, PSC, we embrace technological advancements, as we are always looking for the latest and greatest ways to both serve our clients and enhance our employees’ work experience.

In addition, we are constantly examining how we work – from our processes to our results – to ensure the best experience for everyone.

At Rudler, we have a simple philosophy when it comes to technology: We are a people-first firm. Here are some of the ways we are upgrading our technology and processes to deliver the best service to our team and the clients we serve while keeping the human element at the center of it all.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR REAL PEOPLE

At Rudler, our use of artificial intelligence (AI) is centered on enhancing efficiency and supporting the growth of our people, not replacing them. We’ve integrated AI tools to improve onboarding, streamline research and strengthen team collaboration.

With employees working in several remote locations on a variety of tasks, AI has become an efficient tool to quickly bring staff up to speed on processes and remaining up-to-date on the latest developments in tax law and more. Having all of Team Rudler on the same page is critical to moving forward in a unified fashion. Keeping our entire team aligned and connected is vital to our success, and technology allows us to achieve that regardless of where our people work.

Research is important to what we do, but can be time consuming. However, using tools like Rightworks AI, ChatGPT and Blue J has significantly improved the speed and accuracy of analyzing financial statements, finding discrepancies and more.

AI is helping us deliver greater value to our clients by automatically summarizing meeting discussions and capturing every important detail. This ensures that no client need goes overlooked and allows our team to proactively identify opportunities for additional support, even in areas clients may not have initially considered.

We have also partnered with a third-party automation company to streamline our tax intake process for the 2026 tax season.

Our use of new technology will continue to enhance several ongoing practices that include but are not limited to education/training, cybersecurity and meeting efficiency.

TRUSTING THE PROCESS

Rudler has created a Process Improvement Team (PIT) to ensure every department has a voice in our collaborative approach to adapting new technology to enhance our firm’s processes. PIT is composed of members from every department of the Rudler team and meets every three weeks to identify and eliminate pain points to improve our outputs. Embracing positive collaboration is an essential component of our values, and our PIT strives to make sure that never changes.

THE BOTTOM LINE

At Rudler, PSC, we are using smart technology to produce better human results and not the other way around. That is reflected in our hiring of a Technology Coordinator to ensure that we are staying on top of the latest in training and security initiatives. As part of this role, our Technology Coordinator is consistently vetting the privacy and security features of the new tools that we are using. We are streamlining processes to work faster and smarter while maintaining the collaborative, people-first philosophy that empowers our employees to maintain a work/life balance and be active in meeting our clients’ goals.
